My story
I have always been passionate about languages and education. Growing up in a close-knit Italian family with one parent from Italy, I was immersed in dual cultures from an early age. Educated in England, I studied English Literature, Italian, French, and German at A-level, before reading Italian and French at Oxford University, where I graduated with a 2:1.
After university, I spent a decade working in retail, including roles in Italy where I contributed to store openings in Milan and Venice. Inspired by raising my own children, I transitioned into education, dedicating the last ten years to primary education. I have experience leading whole classes and delivering targeted interventions for pupils in KS1 and KS2.
Working alongside diverse learners, including many neurodiverse students, has enriched my teaching practice and deepened my understanding of individual learning needs. Combining my educational experience with my love of languages, I now offer tutoring in Italian and English, while continuing to support primary pupils on their learning journeys.
